By registering and paying for a Community Powered Responses course the participant agrees to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation of Courses

If a participant wishes to cancel out of a course, which they have paid for in full, the following conditions apply.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by email or through our contact form.

If this is received more than 28 days prior to the course commencement date, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

Between 7–28 days prior to the course commencement date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

Fewer than 7 days prior to the course commencement date, the course fee is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel within 7 days or during a cohort course, due to unexpected circumstances beyond your control, for example, illness of yourself or a loved one, then you will be offered a place in another course (the same as the one you’re currently enrolled in) at another time.

If you experience unexpected circumstances beyond your control for a self-paced course, apply for an extension of the course.

I respectfully acknowledge that I stand on what always was and always will be, Indigenous land.
